(We are worried) is a statement launched by the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres, after the United States of America’s kidnapping of Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro Moros. It is a statement that clearly expresses the extent to which the international organization and other international justice mechanisms have reached a moral decline after they dropped their last effort to cover up the iniquities and falsity of their slogans for nearly more than eighty years. Guterres fell morally when he did not find the charters and principles of the United Nations. And its declarations about the right of states to sovereignty, the immunity of superiors, and the disruption of international peace and security, do not help him express anything other than (we are worried ) about what US President Donald Trump did against a sovereign member state of the United Nations.
🟩 It is a lamentable reaction that demonstrates the extent to which the world has become at a crossroads. It is true that the kidnapping of President Nicolas Maduro is not the first precedent before. The United States of America had before it the Haitian President Jean-Bertrand Aristide, who was transported by the American forces in 2004, a kidnapping while Washington described it as resignation, and the Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernandez, who was handed over by America to stand trial on drug charges, and the former President of Panama Noriega, but the last incident is the straw that will break the back of the international system and its mechanisms in light of a turbulent world and the exposure of the cover that the United States of America and the rest of the members were covering. Permanent members of the Council of Nations, which is entrusted, according to its Charter, with maintaining international peace and security.
🟩 In previous and repeated analyzes years ago that we conducted on several satellite channels as well as publications, we used to say that the United Nations expresses the will of the victor and not a true expression of an institution to regulate relations between states in order to ward off threats and establish the values of international peace and security. The victor, who established the United Nations in the year 1945 AD, is the camp of the Allies, the United States of America, the former Soviet Union, Britain, and France, who defeated Germany.Japan and Turkey established the international organization and granted themselves the right to permanent membership in the Security Council and to object to its decisions by virtue of the veto. From that moment on, the world was and still is facing a big lie and false slogans under the guise of international justice.
🟩 The commander of the Allied forces in the Far East, American General MacArthur, in the year 1945 AD, after the bombing of the cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki with nuclear bombs and the surrender of both Japan and Nazi Germany, established a military tribunal, which he called an international one, to try the victimized Japanese who were the victims. Before that, the Nuremberg Tribunal was established by the victorious Allies to try the leaders of the Nazi Germans, and before that in World War I, 1919 AD, the Allies established a tribunal to try the German Emperor Glion. The second, and not so long ago, was the Rome Statute of 1998, which produced the International Criminal Court (The Hague), where the United States of America participated in the preparatory sessions to prepare the statute of the court, but it did not sign this charter, and it did not content itself with that only, butIt issued legislation prohibiting any American soldier from appearing before this court, and the United States of America has the right to extract him by military force.
🟩 Law students are still studying that these are international courts to achieve justice for an international community where international peace and security prevail.
🟩 A question to the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Mr. António Guterres: If a third world country (with the exception of Israel) kidnapped the head of another country under the pretext of drug trafficking or weapons of mass destruction, the lie that led to the elimination of former Iraqi President Saddam Hussein the Majeed and his army, would you just say (we are concerned)? Or will armies be mobilized to crush the kidnapping state in implementation of Article Seven of the Security Council Charter, which works to establish international peace and security as planned by the victorious allies in World War II? The text appears ideal, but it is a false slogan and a blatant example of the double standards of international justice, at the head of which is Mr. Antonio Guterres. Many of the hidden peoples of the Third World are fascinated by the international organization. The seventh item is considered an embodiment of international justice, but it is an expression of the double standards of international justice.
